"On My Father's Wings"
THE STORY Our music video, scored with music written by Carol Bayer Sager and David Foster (WARNER BROS. / CHAPPELL MUSIC), tells the story of a young girl's hopes and dreams and how she envisions filling them after her father is lost while in military service to our country. The song is sung by Meg Groves, who plays the young girl through whom the story revolves around. Chloe McDonald portrays a younger version of Meg that appears in her memories during the video. As a child, she has memories of her father always being there for her, no matter what. Carolee Gee plays the older version of Meg, who fulfills those dreams of graduating and going on to any one of a number of successful life careers. We even see her with a child of her own one day. Throughout the story, the father figure lives strong through her memories of him. While the entire video spans just shortly more than three minutes, an entire lifetime is revealed in this heartfelt tribute to those families who have lost parents in military service, yet whose children go on and keep memories alive, ON THEIR FATHERS WINGS... |
